Cub Scouting
Since 1930, the Boy Scouts of America has helped younger boys through Cub Scouting. It is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade (or 7, 8, 9, and 10 years of age). Boy Scouting
A year-round program for boys 11 through 17 designed to achieve the aims of Scouting through a vigorous outdoor program and peer group leadership with the counsel of an adult Scoutmaster. (Boys also may become Boy Scouts if they have earned the Cub Scouting Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old or have completed the fifth grade and are at least 10 years old.) Venturing
A year-round program for young men and women who are 14 (and have completed the eighth grade) through 20 years of age to provide positive experiences through exciting and meaningful youth-run activities that help them pursue their special interests, grow by teaching others, and develop leadership skills. Eagle Scouts
The rank of Eagle Scout is the highest rank in the Boy Scout program. The National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) is a fellowship of men who have achieved the Eagle Scout rank and who desire using their efforts and influence towards forming the kind of young men America needs for leadership. Order of the Arrow
The Order of the Arrow is Scouting's National Honor Society. The purpose of the Order of the Arrow is fourfold: 1) To recognize those Scout campers who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives
2) To develop and maintain camping traditions and spirit 3) To promote Scout camping 4) To crystallize the Scout habit of helpfulness into a life purpose of leadership in cheerful service to others. Find out more > |

Good Turn for America
Since the BSA's inception in 1910, members have learned to live the principles of the Scout Oath and Law through community services and "helping other people at all times." With that history in mind, the BSA has developed a service initiative - Good Turn for America.
