The
National Scout Jamboree is a gathering and campout of thousands of members of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), and is typically held every four years. In 2010 the National Jamboree celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the BSA and took place at Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia. The next national Jamboree will take place in the summer of 2013 at the Summit: Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve in West Virginia. World Scout Jamboree is a Scouting jamboree of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, typically attended by several tens of thousands of Scouts from around the world, ages 14 to 17. The 22nd World Jamboree took place this year, 2011, in Sweden. For additional information,
