100 Years of Greenwich Scouting

2012 marked an impressive milestone for Greenwich Scouting, our 100th Anniversary!  All year long we celebrated the people and events that have made Scouting in Greenwich the success it is today.  July 12th, 2012 was our actual chartering date and a birthday party celebration at Camp Seton!  Check out the Greenwich Time Article about the 100th Anniversary and another about the July 12th celebration.  The Greenwich Citizen recently published a terrific article by Anne Semmes about the Eagle project that uncovered Seton's "medicine rock" and the Greenwich Post has written a 100th Article as well.

Our 100th Anniversary party  “Camp Centennial”, on October 13, 2012, was an unbelievable camping themed event!  Check out Camp Centennial photos on Fairfield County Look!  Use the password: 100 to access the 100th Anniversary video that was shown that evening.  (For more interviews and video footage check out the unedited video 1 and video 2 also by Patrick Dillon.)  And here's the evening Dinner Program!
