Audubon Greenwich Hawkwatch Festival
Date: Saturday, 10/3/15 & Sunday, 10/4/15

Where: Audubon Greenwich, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich, CT 06831

Who: Boy Scouts 14 years old and up (anyone 13 years or younger requires an adult present with them)
What: From parking to the pond, craft and game tables to the admissions table, there’s lots of volunteer opportunities at the Audubon’s annual Hawkwatch event!

Volunteer Shifts:

  • 2 Hour Shifts are: 9:00am-11:00am & 5:00pm-7pm  
  • 3 Hour Shifts are: 11:00am-2:00pm & 2:00pm-5:00pm
  • If you can’t volunteer within a specific shift, no worries, any amount of help is needed.

Help Clean and Restore a Historic Cemetery

Who: Boy Scouts and adult volunteers
What: Help restore and clean a historic cemetery.  Tasks would include moving brush and tree branches, bag garbage and grass clippings, and any of the older boys who can use a lawn mower and weed-whacker would be most welcome.
Where: Northfield Cemetery in Stamford, CT on the corner of Franklin St and North Street

Interested in working with Reptiles and Amphibians?

WHAT:  Audubon Greenwich is looking for responsible volunteers to care for the reptiles and amphibians in their Nature Center display tanks.

WHEN:  Ongoing regular schedule

WHERE:  Audubon Greenwich Center, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich  (1.2 miles north of Camp Seton)
